The Shaikh 'Abdullaah bin Shaikh Muhammad [bin Abdil- Wahhaab] was asked about Henna - if men are allowed to dye with it?
Answer:

There is no problem with a man dyeing his hands and feet with henna - but without him intending to resemble the women and without him wanting by it - beautification.
