Is it permissible for the one who is in a state of ritual impurity to touch a quran tape?

Question:
We know that the noble quraan has its sacred station and is not touched except by the pure. What is your opinion concerning a man or a woman that are in a state of ritual impurity or the woman that is on her menses touching the cassette tapes that have quranic recitation upon them or carrying them?

Answer:
All praise is due to Allah alone and may peace and blessings be upon our messenger Muhammad and upon his household and his companions.
There is no harm with the one that is in a state of ritual impurity or the likes carrying or touching cassette tapes that have quranic recitation upon them.
And success is with Allah and may prayers be upon our messenger Muhammad and upon his household and his companions.
