Concerning the types of Tawheed

Question:
What is meant by Tawheed ar-Ruboobiyyah, Tawheed al-Uloohiyyah, and Tawheed al-Asmaa, was-Sifaat wadh-Dhaat?

Answer:
Tawheed ar-Ruboobiyyah is the tawheed of Allaah with respect to his Actions such as creating, providing, giving life and causing death and so on. Tawheed al-Uloohiyyah is singling out Allaah with worship such as prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, charity, making an oath, slaughter and so on. Tawheel al-Asmaa was-Sifaat is that you describe Allaah with whatever He described Himself with and whatever His Messenger (sallAllaahu `alayhi wa sallam) described Him with, and that you name Him with whatever He named Himself or whatever His Messenger (sallAllaahu `alayhi wa sallam) named Him with, without resemblance (to the creation), or distortion (with false interpretation), or negation.
