Answer:
The woman with postnatal bleeding is like any other woman - there is no sin in her leaving the house in order to fulfill some need, but if there is no need for it, it is better for all women to remain in the house, according to the Words of Allah, the Most Glorified:
æóÞóÑúäó Ýöí ÈõíõæÊößõäøó æóáÇó ÊóÈóÑøóÌúäó ÊóÈóÑøõÌó ÇáúÌóÇåöáöíøóÉö ÇáÃõæáóì
”And stay in your houses, and do not display yourselves like that (display) of the times of ignorance” [Surah al-Ahzab 33:33]
And Allah is the Granter of success.
