He became Junub while travelling and did not find any Water
Question:

A man was on a long journey, and he became Junub on the road and he did not have any water with which to make Ghusl. Is it permissible for him to pray while he is impure, or what should he do?
Answer:

Whoever became Junub during travel, and did not find water in excess of his drinking and eating requirements with which to make Ghusl, and seared for water, until it became clear to him that there was none in his vicinity, must perform Tayammum and pray, based upon the Words of Allaah, the Most High: And if you are ill, or on a journey, or one of you comes after answering the call of nature, or you have been in contact with women (by sexual relations) and you find no water, then performs Tayammum with clean earth and rub therewith your faces and hands. Allaah does not want to place you in difficulty, but He wants to purify you, and to complete His Favour on you, that you may be thankful. [1]
